What we collect

Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, to manage a commercial or employment relationship, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to maintain the security of our systems. Our lawful bases are consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest depending on the context.
Who we share it with
With the relevant division within the group, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless a relationship begins, in which case retention follows the applicable commercial or statutory period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
